Rare broadside poem by the infamous Scottish poetaster. One copy traced in libraries, at the National Library of Scotland, no other copy in auction records. The hero of the title was Lieutenant William Kerr of the 24th Bombay Native Infantry, who received the Victoria Cross for his actions.
