Two rare broadside poems by the infamous Scottish poetaster, The Horrors of Majuba lamenting Britain's final defeat in the first Boer War, The Battle of Glencoe celebrating the opening engagement of the second. No other copy of the first poem traced in libraries or at auction; one copy of the second traced in libraries (National Library of Scotland) and one at auction (in 1984).
