Yes. Appointments are allocated in advance and must be booked ahead of the valuation day. This allows our specialists to give each client the appropriate time and attention.

No. Appointments are complimentary and offered with no obligation.

Our specialists can advise on a wide range of jewellery, including antique and modern pieces, signed jewellery, diamonds, coloured gemstones, and inherited or estate jewellery. If you are unsure whether your pieces are suitable, please include a brief description when requesting an appointment.

Appointments typically last around 20–30 minutes, depending on the number and nature of the items being discussed.

During your consultation, our specialist will examine your jewellery and discuss age, materials, craftsmanship, condition and current market context. This is an informal, verbal valuation intended to guide next steps.

Written valuations for insurance or probate purposes can be arranged separately if required. Our specialist will advise you on this during your appointment.
