Leuders (Shackleford County, Texas, USA) IAB (silicated iron) - found 1973
The Lueders iron meteorite with silicate inclusions was recovered as a single specimen in Shackieford County in 1973 and recognized as a meteorite in 1993. A variety of processes, such as fragmentation and partial melting while still in space, appear to have played a significant role in the formation of the Lueders meteorite.
