Welcome to the Summer edition of our Jewellery auction series, taking place on 3rd June 2026 it features a wide selection of jewellery spanning almost 400 years of design and craftsmanship.It is rare to see jewels pre-dating the early 19th century at auction, which is why we are excited to present lot 219, a Charles I supporters pendant. Worn as a secret declaration of support to the Royalist cause in the wake of Charles I’s execution; it would have been a dangerous jewel to be caught wearing at the time, and so its survival in such good condition is miraculous. Lot 220, is another rare piece, a carved cameo by the celebrated gem engraver Giovanni Antonio Santarelli, working in Italy in the late 18th and early 19th century.We are also excited to showcase a number of Scottish pieces, including Scottish sapphire and aquamarines found on the Isle of Lewis and in the Cairngorms, as well as freshwater pearls sourced once from Scotland’s rivers.Modern designers including Scottish jeweller and silversmith Graham Stewart, and well known Glasgow jeweller Eric N Smith. Internationally renowned names such as Tiffany &amp; Co, Georg Jensen and Van Cleef &amp; Arpels, ensure that there really is something for everyone.&nbsp;
