oval, watercolour and body colour on ivory, the sitter with grey hair, red coat with black stock and white cravat, the reverse with an oval glazed aperture, in an unmarked yellow metal frame with suspension loop; together with an ENGLISH SCHOOL, PORTRAIT MINIATURE OF J.W. STEVENSON, EARLY 19TH CENTURY, square, watercolour and body colour on ivory, the sitter with brown hair in a red full dress uniform with gilt epaulettes and collar, in leather frame case with arched brass mount, 7.5cm high, 5.5cm wide
