London: Archibald, Constable and Company, 1896-1900. 2 volumes, first edition in English, folio (35 x 28cm and 36.5 x 29cm), modern half morocco, gilt titles and decoration to spines, steel engraved portrait frontispiece of Nicholas II opposite title page in each volume, 8 heliogravure plates, further illustrations in text (many full-page), occasional worming to margins, some foxing and browning;
