London: Macmillan and Co. 4 volumes, 4to, ex-library copies, cloth bindings: Vol. 129 (1932) containing James Chadwick's letter to the editor, p. 312, on the possible existence of a neutron, the first mention of it in print (Chadwick received the Nobel Prize in 1935 for his discovery of the neutron); vol. 164 (1949) containing reports on EDSAC, an early British computer, pp. 341-43 and pp. 557-58; vol. 176 (1955) containing articles co-authored by Dr Francis Crick (one of the scientists who worked on the identification of DNA), pp. 780-81 and 915-16; vol. 177 (1956) containing an article by Crick and James Watson (of DNA fame) on the structure of small viruses, pp. 473-75, an important work for the understanding of viral structure;
