畫外款識:趙伯駒字千里,宋太祖七世孫,人物樓臺界畫極工細之妙,爲宋畫大家。此幀有元柯學士題、明項墨林印,真跡無疑。藏吾家亦近百年,今春至九龍勘界知。任廷輔政精賞中國書畫,手題此以贈之,爲他日相思之劵。光緒己亥二月王存善記

Footnote
On the mount with inscriptions signed and a seal by Wang Cunshan (1849-1916), a book collector of the late Qing dynasty and early Republic period. The inscriptions indicate that this painting was given to Sir James Stewart Lockhart by Wang Cunshan in the Yihai year of the Guangxu period, corresponding to 1899AD.
