Diana Hope is a contemporary Scottish artist known for her expressive and atmospheric works, often inspired by the Scottish landscape and natural environment.
She trained at the Edinburgh College of Art, where she developed her distinctive visual language and strong technical foundation.
Based in Edinburgh, Diana exhibits widely across Scotland and is a regular contributor to key annual exhibitions including those of the Royal Scottish Academy (RSA), the Royal Scottish Society of Painters in Watercolour (RSW), Visual Arts Scotland (VAS), and the Society of Scottish Artists (SSA). Her work is consistently recognised for its clarity of vision and sensitivity to place, light, and tone.
She is represented by The Open Eye Gallery in Edinburgh, where she has held nine solo exhibitions, a testament to both her sustained artistic development and ongoing appeal among collectors and critics alike.
Alongside her studio practice, Diana is also a dedicated educator. She is a visiting tutor at the Leith School of Art, where she shares her expertise with emerging artists, and works from her studio at WASPS Patriothall, a vibrant hub for the creative community in the heart of the city.
