Charles Fowler, marked CF, ELn, D, of simple straight sided can form with reeded rim, foot and girdle, the upper section with engraved foliate initials 'IG', with S scroll strap handle

Notes: items of Elgin hollow ware are scarce and by the hand of Charles Fowler are no exception. However another mug has been recorded by this maker, but it does appear that it may be a duplicated reference to this mug and they are in fact one and the same.
