The elements and practise of rigging and seamanship. London: David Steel, 1794. First edition, 2 volumes in one, 4to, engraved frontispiece and 93 engraved plates including 2 with volvelles, 2 printed tables [one folding], modern calf, spine gilt with anchor and ship motifs, the two plates to which volvelles attached repaired with slight loss, damp-stained, a few small repairs to margins
