Cal.1570 self-winding 26 jewel movement, matt brown dial with dot, triangle and baton tritium indexes within gold surrounds, date aperture under magnifying lens, gilt Mercedes hands, centre seconds, 24 hour hand, stainless steel case with screw-down reverse and Oyster crown, two-tone faded bi-directional revolving bezel, on stainless steel and gold Rolex Oyster Ref.7836 bracelet with 280 endlinks, folding clasp stamped 4.71. Case dial and movement signed.
Accompanied by a 1991 Rolex service receipt.

Footnote
From the original owner, this example retains its original dial and wonderfully faded bezel, additionally the bracelet, an original Ref.7836 with clasp stamped for the 4th quarter of 1971, which would be correct on a watch made circa 1973. Originally purchased using a bonus while working as a consultant in the Middle East, this model has been looked after, worn and enjoyed by only one person from new.
