Footnote
The Rolex GMT was developed in the 1950’s in conjunction with PanAm pilots, allowing them to simultaneously track local and home time. The first example, Ref.6542 was launched in 1954. The current version, Ref.126711 CHNR (CHocolat/NoiR bezel) was released in 2018 with the latest Cal.3285 movement featuring independent setting of a second time zone, Parachrom hairspring, 70 hours power reserve and instantaneous date change at midnight. The Everose gold used was created by Rolex SA within their own foundry and remains exclusive to the company.
