including a GEORGE III PORTRAIT MINIATURE OF A GENTLEMAN, LATE 18TH / EARLY 19TH CENTURY, oval, watercolour on ivory, the sitter with white hair, white cravat and a black coat, set inside a yellow metal locket frame, the glazed reverse with a central hairwork lattice surrounded by a border of finely woven hair, with suspension loop, the miniature 6cm high, 5cm wide; together with GEORGE III PORTRAIT MINIATURE OF A LADY, LATE 18TH / EARLY 19TH CENTURY, oval, watercolour on ivory, the sitter with powdered hair, wearing a white muslin dress with lace collar and wearing a gold earring, set inside a yellow metal locket frame, the reverse with blue glass border with foil backing, the centre roundel set with a curl of hair mounted as a wheatsheaf with pearls and initials ‘AY’, with suspension loop, the miniature 7cm high, 6cm wide; and a PORTRAIT MINIATURE OF ROSALYS LAWSON BY THE MISSES MARGARET AND ETHEL HALL (BRITISH FL.1895-1915), DATED 1899, oval, watercolour on ivory, of a young girl with blonde curls in a white dress with pink ribbons and sash, signed ‘M & E Hall’, possibly set inside an earlier Georgian yellow metal locket, the reverse with blue glass border with foil backing, the centre roundel set with a curl of blonde hair and the edge inscribed ‘Rosalys Lawson, 1899’, with suspension loop, the miniature 7cm high, 5.5cm wide (3)
