Description
the first cast in shallow relief with trophies of war and surmounted by a winged helmet, on a rectangular plinth, 16.5cm wide, 27cm high, 7cm deep; the second in the rococo style with C scrolls, acanthus, a serpent, and a bird, on a green marble base, 11.5cm wide, 19cm high; the third in the Chinese style with a seated buddha, elephants' heads, and surmounted by a ho-ho bird; 13cm wide, 25cm high; the fourth cast with a winged putto mask surmounted by a foliate finial, on a grey/black marble plinth, 13cm wide, 22cm high; the fifth with a Gothic pointed arch and a standing figure of man in armour flanked by columns, 12.5cm wide, 26cm wide; and the last a pierced example cast with greyhounds and a foliate scrolls with an anthemion cresting 15cm wide, 25cm high (6)
