Footnote
Accompanying correspondence from the designer confirms that the Atlantis Collection began production in 1970 and incorporated approximately 50 different designs. Each piece was signed and numbered and made in strictly limited editions of 150 for rings and earrings and 50 for bracelets. The collection was manufactured to Thomas' patented technique, originally developed by him for his one off pieces. This essentially involved the lost wax casting method and trapping pre-cut gold wires into his designs.
