Head of Sale John Mackie, together with Lyon &amp; Turnbull’s experienced Design team, is delighted to invite entries to our upcoming DESIGN Since 1860 auction, taking place on 15 &amp; 16 April.&nbsp;Held during Lyon &amp; Turnbull’s 200th year, the sale reflects a long-standing commitment to the study, presentation and sale of design and decorative arts. The sale celebrates more than a century and a half of innovation, bringing together exceptional works by leading designers of the Arts &amp; Crafts and Aesthetic Movements, Art Nouveau and Art Deco and the Modern movement.The sale already includes an exciting selection of works by designers and makers such as Morris &amp; Co., W.A.S. Benson and C.R. Ashbee, alongside By Hammer &amp; Hand: Silver from a Private Collection, featuring examples by Gilbert Marks, the Guild of Handicraft, Omar Ramsden, H.G. Murphy and Georg Jensen.Also featured are works by designers including Ernest Gimson, Edward Barnsley, Charles Rennie Mackintosh and A.W.N. Pugin, alongside Martin Brothers ceramics, work by the Arts &amp; Crafts architect Charles Spooner, and pieces from the estate of the artist Elyse Ashe Lord. &nbsp;
