London: Jacob Tonson, 1701. third edition, folio, title-page in red and black, engraved frontispiece and 101 other engraved plates (chiefly by Wenceslaus Hollar after Frantz Clien), 2 lists of subscribers, contemporary panelled calf, rebacked and repaired, corners worn, edges of the frontispiece partly frayed, three or four of the plates with marginal tears (no loss), short tear in p. 343 (no loss).
