First edition in English, 8vo (19.4 x 12cm), 20th-century red crushed half morocco gilt, xxxvii [1] 99 [1] 201 [i.e. 261] [11] pp., title-page printed in red and black and with woodcut device, variable light damp-staining and concomitant softening to lower fore corners, with related small holes to lower margins of first few leaves including title-page, title-page spotted [ESTC T100403]
