Volumes 1-40, 8vo, volumes 1 and 4-5 bound in contemporary half leather, the remaining volumes present as original numbers in original printed wrappers (quarterly, biannual or annual, the latter described as ‘double numbers’), numerous maps and halftone photographic plates, volume 2 part 3 and volume 8 part 2 wrappers detached, volume 3 part 3 crudely rebound, volume 8 (double number) wrappers defective, a few minor defects elsewhere;
