Edinburgh: Edmonston and Douglas, 1873. 2 copies, both first editions, 8vo, with 8 lithographic plates and maps, the first copy in later quarter calf, inscribed ‘To Mrs D. J. Boyd, with the kind regards of Gilbt Goudie, May 25th 1876’ on the half-title, the second bound in original black cloth (local bookseller's imprint, 'David Spence, Kirkwall', in gilt to foot of spine), partly unopened, bookplate of the Dowden Memorial Library, Edinburgh;
