An Illustrated Quarterly Journal of Oriental Art, chiefly Indian. Calcutta: [for the editor], 1920-30. Numbers 2-9 and 11-41 of 44, bound in 30 (issued quarterly, numbers 13-14, 15-16, 19-20, 22-23, 33-34, 35-36 and 38-39 each published as double issues in one volume, number 5 titled ‘Vol. 2 No. 1’ on wrapper but volume numbers not mentioned otherwise), 4to (31.4 x 24.8cm), original yellow wrappers printed in red, wire-stitched (except numbers 7-8, secured with fabric ribbons), 408 plates (photogravures, halftones and colour plates, often tipped to mounts), several numbers with textblocks detached or detaching from wrappers and with related chipping and wear to spines, number 18 front wrapper torn, numbers 17 and 25 each with a plate detached (30)
