[Printed at Edinburgh: by the heires of Andrew Hart, 1635]. 8vo (16.9 x 10.8cm), [830]pp., contemporary calf with blind stamped central design on boards, lacking title page but text otherwise complete, leather on upper board split, leather cracked and scored on both boards, remains of metal clasps on upper boards, corner pieces worn and upper board almost detached, some staining to initial and end leaves, final leaf torn with slight loss of text in bottom right-hand corner [STC (2nd ed.), 16599; ESTC S122142; Cowan, Bibliography of the Book of Common Order, 57]
