Description
清末民初 紅地盤金繡龍紋桌圍、瑞獅及花卉紋橫幅、‘同安泰造’款 金魚福果紋掛幅(共五幅)
comprising: a table front cover panel embroidered with gold thread and profusely decorated with applique mirrors, worked with central dragon motif, within borders of further gold thread, spangles, and brocade; two horizontal pelmets, one embroidered with lion dogs and foliate motifs in gold thread, the purple border with embroidered flowers and a tasseled border with silk knots and spangles, the other embroidered with conch shells and foliate motifs in raised gold thread; and a pair of vertical hangings of gold fish and bats, the red felt ground with applique mirror work, raised gold thread, tassels and fur, with borders of green and black silk and gold brocade selvedge, the back with stamped ‘Tong An Tai zao’ maker's mark (5)
