Enthusiastic about art & antiques? We are currently seeking casual Viewing Assistants and Telephone Bidders to join our team in London.
Viewing Assistant
Responsibilities will include, but not be limited to, helping set up the gallery for viewings, keeping small object organised and labelled accurately, ensure display cabinets are maintained, helping assist members of the public with viewing and assisting the art specialists where required.
You will have strong organisational skills with a keen eye for accuracy and attention to detail and you will be able to work well under pressure. You will be presentable, courteous and professional. Have excellent communication and interaction skills. You will have good timekeeping and be able to work on your own as well as part of a team.
Note: There are limited spots remaining for Viewing Assistants, but we require more Telephone Bidders.
Telephone Bidder
Seeking a confident, professional, and fluent Mandarin-speaking Telephone Bidder to assist Chinese-speaking clients during live auctions. You will be responsible for delivering accurate, timely communication between the auctioneer and the client, ensuring a seamless and professional bidding experience. Fluent in Mandarin Chinese and English, both spoken and written is required. Paid Training will be provided.
Location: Lyon & Turnbull's London Gallery at 22 Connaught Street, London
Payment: London Living Wage
