All our sales are fully illustrated online ahead of the sale. Additional images and condition report information is also available online (just sign in/ register).
If you are interested in a lot(s) from any forthcoming sale you can request condition reports via our website. If you would like to speak to a specialist about a particular lot, or require additional images/videos, our team are available via email, telephone or video call.

Bid live in all our sales from the comfort of your home or office, for no additional surcharge, with Lyon & Turnbull Live. Just follow the link at the head of every online catalogue, lot page or on the auction calendar.
All our sales are also available for viewing and live bidding on The-Saleroom, Invaluable and Live Auctioneers (an additional surcharge is charged by these services)
If you are logged into our Lyon & Turnbull account online, you can leave an absentee bid online by selecting the 'Leave a Bid' option on your chosen lot. Alternatively you can call us on 0131 557 8844 or email email@example.com. Please note that our bid department may contact you for further details.
Bid by telephone - our clerk will call you on the auction day, just before your lot(s) come up, and bid on your behalf live at the auction when instructed to do so. If you would like to bid by telephone please contact our team prior to the auction with your details of the lots you are interested in and your full name, mailing address, telephone number(s) and email.
Please note there will be no in-room bidding available for our current season of specialist auctions.
We are now able to offer auction viewing by appointment in the lead up to sale days. Visit our appoinment bookings page to select a time and date that suits you (the number of visitors per time slot is limited to allow social distancing to be maintained).

Our accounts teams will continue to be available to process payments and answer queries. We will be able to accept online payments through our website and bank transfer. We can now offer on-site payment facilities, however no cash will be accepted.
