Alfianello (Brescia, Lombardy, Italy) L6 (stone) - fell 16th February 1883
This rare Italian meteorite fell in the first few weeks of 1883 - the Catalogue of Meteorites lists Alfianello as "A stone of about 228kg fell, after detonations".
Despite it's 126 years on Earth, Alfianello has been well curated and remains extremely fresh.
