the brass line-inlaid case opening to reveal a well-fitted interior with seven silver mounted glass jars, four rectangular silver mounted glass boxes and a manicure set, the case with engraved white metal strap-work and hinges to the interior and two buttons to open two ‘secret’ drawers, one fitted with a writing slope, the other plain, the case with a Bramah lock and key, the fittings with all-over bright cut decoration
