Comprising a teapot, sugar basin, milk jug, pair of tongs, and tray, the teapot, sugar basin and milk jug, each of globular form, with engraved Regimental Badge and ‘Royal Scots’ ball finial to hinged lid of teapot, with ivory insulators to handle, each raised on four ball feet, the tray of oval outline, engraved presentation inscription, ‘TO OR MASTER SERGT STRATFORD/ 2ND BATT. THE ROYAL SCOTS… MALTA 1892’ the tongs with claw-shaped terminals (5)
