(on the dexter) Argent a fess gules between between three garbs sable (for Tyndale)
(on the sinister) Argent on a fess gules between three laurel branches in bend vert an estoile of the field enclosed by two annulets or (for Rundell)
Crest: Out of a ducal coronet composed of five leaves (three and two halves manifest) or a plume of as many ostrich feathers argent banded ermine (for Tyndale)
Note:
These arms undoubtedly commemorate the marriage of George Booth Tyndale, of Hayling Island in the County of Southampton (baptised 12th May 1772 died 13th February 1855) and Margaretta Catherine Rundell (baptised 24th December 1776 died 16th February 1885). George was the eldest son of George Booth Tyndale, of Bathford in the County of Somerset and his wife, Elizabeth Annesley, whilst Margaretta was the second daughter of Thomas Rundell, MD, of Bath in the County of Somerset and his wife, Maria Statira Elizabeth Farquharson Ketelby.
