claw set with an old European cut diamond, the shoulders set with three round brilliant cut diamonds at either side, to a plain 18k gold shank, marked for London, 1989, with accompanying report by Gemmological Certification Services, dated 28 February 2019, numbered 79200-34, stating that the diamond is 3.38cts, I colour and SI2 clarity
