set with three graduated circular cut sapphires, each in a single border of old cut diamonds collet set diamonds, with scrolling swag detail between, each cluster suspending diamond and pearl set drops, in a fitted case; with accompanying report by The Gem & Pearl Laboratory, dated 27.03.15, numbered 11068, stating that the sapphires are natural with no evidence of heat treatment, with natural saltwater pearls
