the butterfly with pierced wings, millegrain set throughout with graduated old European and rose cut diamonds, additionally collet set with four graduated emeralds, the body with central collet set cushion cut sapphire, with detachable brooch and pendant fittings, with accompanying figaro link chain, also collet set to the centre front with an old European cut diamond
