Note:
Rare and important broadside issued by Prince Charles Edwart Stuart while holding court at Holyrood and building up his forces for the march on London. It announces the end to any amnesty previously offered to Hanoverian loyalists and declaring that any individuals accepting the summons of George II to attend a meeting of parliament on 17 October 'shall be proceeded against as traitors and rebels to their King and Country'. ESTC traces seven copies only in libraries world-wide.
