Notes: After William Robb`s death, his Ballater shop was left to his daughter and she continued to run it for a short time. Within two years William J Fraser had taken the shop over and continued to produce the most popular ranges of Robb`s work. No `local` marks are known for Fraser, and his mark is known in combination with Edinburgh marks and struck as maker`s mark only.
