Description
the gold ring of traditional form with simple shank and closed back setting engraved with indistinct initials, set with a rectangular facetted citrine; together with a small fragment of tartan pinned to an envelope and a two page (four sided) hand written letter detailing provenance and family descent of the ring and tartan, dated 1927
