Notes:
While the sunburst and bird in flight marks have often been attributed to Dingwall in the past this does now appear a little spurious. No firm evidence can be found to link these marks to Dingwall as no silversmith is recorded working there.
Within this group of 'Dingwall' marks, those featuring the 'bird in flight' mark are scarce and this maker has not been previously recorded.
