Notes: There is some evidence to a short lived partnership between William Scott and Edward Livingstone, possibly before Livingstone set up in business on his own. The combination and style of the marks is reminiscent of both makers when working on their own and the 'M' pseudo date letter is one common to both makers.
This is still a tentative attribution but one that seems probable.
