Largely good original unlined condition, has been in original frame and behind glass probably since it was painted. Horizontal line of craquelure about 20cm long coming across background and mouth of saxophone, currently just an indentation, and possible retouching to vertical line of craquelure in background, about 10cm long near top margin.
