Note Sir Edward Baynton (c. 1495-1544), Courtier, was Vice-Chamberlain to all of Henry VIII's wives, other than Catherine of Aragon. This indenture confirms that Sir Edward and his heirs are freed from obligation entered into during Sir Edward's lifetime.
