London: Robert White, John Place and George Dawes, 1666. 4to, engraved title laid down dated 1665, printed title in red and black, 5 (of 8) folding engraved maps and plates (cut round, mostly to neatline, several loose), portrait lacking, contemporary calf, bookplate, rubbed, spine chipped, covers detached, some very occasional spotting, closed tear to page 561 with no loss of text, a few very small holes throughout, a couple of maps a little dust-soiled, some water-stains to pages 69-77 [ESTC R200871]
