Note: Rev. James Watson (1878-1952) was a Baptist missionary at the English Baptist Mission and Principal of the Baptist Secondary School in Sianfu when it was besieged in 1926 for 228 days. His wife, Evelyn Minnie Russell (1876-1936), was also a missionary in Sianfu.
