The Indian pilgrim. Bombay: Bombay Tract and Book Society, 1848. 8vo, translated into Maráthí [by W.S. Price], 399 printed pages (some with manuscript corrections) interleaved with 400 blank pages (a third of them with manuscript annotations in English and Maráthí), original cloth with blank paper label to upper cover, some chipping and soiling to covers

Note: The title-page in this work states in manuscript writing that the translator is Mr S. Price, believed to be William Samuel Price, 1812-1882, surveyor in the revenue department of the East India Company. The manuscript corrections in the work appear to be in the same hand. It is thought that this is Samuel Price's own corrected proof copy.
