London: printed by Mary Matthews, for Awnsham Churchill and sold by William Taylor, 1722. 2 volumes, second edition, folio, portrait, title-pages in red and black, 60 plates and maps, contemporary blind tooled panelled calf, rebacked with raised bands to spines and black morocco gilt labels, bookplates, some damage to column 1069 affecting some letters, some very occasional light dust-soiling and some minor tears and worming [ESTC] (2)
