Footnote
Note: Although this work draws upon that of Köhler, and includes many of Weigel's maps, it does not correspond exactly to descriptions of any works by Köhler. This has led to the belief that it has been compiled by an individual, and extra-illustrated. A fairly common practice, this means that the composition of this atlas is unique.
Many thanks to Chris Fleet and all at the National Library of Scotland's map collection for their assistance.
