Folio, 4 volumes in 2, bookplates including possible papal bookplates, contemporary embossed pigskin binding, fore-edge title, a few instances of underlining and marginal notes in an early hand, several pages browned but still very legible, some occasional slight spotting and marginal dampstaining, a few small marginal tears (some repaired) with no loss of text, some marginal worming in second book with no loss of text, a little soiling to covers and slight chewing to corners, a nice copy [USTC 151874]
