Cambridge: Thomas and John Buck, printers to the University of Cambridge, 1630. 8vo [ESTC S123393, STC (2nd edition) 16380.3]; bound with a Bible, probably of a similar date, although lacking title-page (and final few pages), later panelled calf, some minor worming with loss of a few letters, margins occasionally cropped and/or torn with slight loss of text, some dust-soiling and darkening, notes in an early hand (1750s-1820s), spine slightly chipped, joints a little cracked

Note: Whilst the ESTC gives the collation of The Book of Comman Prayer as A4, B-H8, this copy collates: A4, A-D8, A4-D4, with the Bible collating: [2-8, title-page lacking], A8-3M3, A8-G3 (several pages lacking at the end of the work).
The endpapers chronicle the marriage of Joseph Hickson and his wife, Susannah Thompson, listing the dates of birth and death of their children and, finally in another hand, themselves during the second half of the eighteenth and early nineteenth centuries.
