Note: Rare. The ESTC (006014936) records 8 copies in total with 3 in Great Britain. An old bookseller's note states it is the dedication copy to Charles Earl of Lawderdale, and from the Gibson Craig library. There is nothing to support this, but a book label on the title verso has had the name erased.
