Footnote
Note: Miller 23; Wade 111. No 25 of 425 copies. This is the longest book issued by the press and the only one in two volumes until the revival in the 1970s. Yeats had commissioned a new device from Sturge Moore. Moore supplied two: one the leaping unicorn which appears on the titlepage, the other, a candle in waves, which is printed in read after the dedication page. The portfolio contains three prints made by Emery Walker. Two of these are portraits by John Butler Years of himself and of his wife, the third a colour reproduction of his watercolour Memory Harbour on a black mount. A note by W.B. Yeats on a separate sheet accompanies the plates. The book had originally been announced under the title Memorary Harbour.
